Where and how can I buy my package?

All packages are available for purchase directly through the our site or linked to the appropriate site for purchase.  VIP Fan Plans uses PayPal as our payment platform.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?  

No problem.  There is an option to pay with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account.  

How will I find out the details for my package after purchase?

We use the name and email you provide to PayPal at the time of purchase or associated with your PayPal account to communicate all of your important package details and updates to you.  

What if my email and / or name associated with my PayPal account is different from my real name or the email I use for communication?  

We use the name and email provided by PayPal at the time of purchase to communicate all of your important package details and updates to you.  If your name and email are different from the one you provided to PayPal please email after purchase and let us know so we can insure you are receiving all of the exciting information associated with your package.  

What are the installment plan options and how do I get one started?

Most programs will have an option to pay via installments.  The installments are made in four equal payments placed every two weeks, beginning on the date of purchase.  You can sign up for the installment plans directly through our site on the on sale date.  

What happens if I am on a payment plan and I get a new Credit Card?

If the credit card associated with your installment plan changes you can typically change it directly through PayPal.  If not, please let us know immediately and we will work out another scenario for you.  

How do I receive my tickets?

You will pick up your tickets from a VIP check-in desk located at either the venue or one of the hotels offered in the travel packages on the first day of the VIP program date.  Check-in times are typically between noon and showtime.  We will email you the specific location and check-in times upon purchase or 5-7 days before the show.  You will also pick up your package amenities from this location so we typically suggest arriving early so you can bring your items back to a safe place rather than carrying them around for the evening.  

What if I can’t make it to the check-in location during the check-in time provided?  

If you are unable to make it to the check-in desk during the times provided we ask that you please let us know 48 hours ahead of time so we can make other arrangements for you.  

If I can’t go can I give my package to a friend?

Yes.  If someone other than the person who purchased the package is going to redeem / enjoy the package please email with the name change details.  

If my package includes a signed poster, can I opt to receive my poster unsigned?  

Of course.  Please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure and grab you an unsigned poster.  

If my package includes a meet and greet, can I bring something to get signed by the band?

Most likely.  Please let us know ahead of time what you plan on bringing so we can ensure it’s okay with the venue.  If the venue approves it, the guys will have sharpies ready to sign during the meet and greet.  

If my package includes a meet and greet, can I take photos?

100%  Please share your pics with us if you are so inclined,  We love to see them!  

*Please note, if the meet and greet for your specific event is taking place inside of the music venue only point and shoot cameras will be allowed.  All professional cameras with detachable lenses will require a photo pass.
